Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Size differences
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the item is damaged during transport
  • Any other reason deemed valid by Glamazone management

Return Process

  1. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing clear photos of the damage.
  2. Our team will review the request and determine if the return is eligible.
  3. If approved, the customer must return the item via registered post within 2 working days.
  4. The customer is responsible for postage charges associated with the return.
  5. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  6. A replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • No cash refunds – refunds will be issued as store credit or a replacement item.
  • Glamazone reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet our policy criteria.
