Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the item is damaged during transport

Return Process
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing clear photos of the damage.
- Our team will review the request and determine if the return is eligible.
- If approved, the customer must return the item via registered post within 2 working days.
- The customer is responsible for postage charges associated with the return.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- A replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion.
Important Notes
- No cash refunds – refunds will be issued as store credit or a replacement item.
- Glamazone reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet our policy criteria.
