4. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns for size differences, change of mind, or personal preference.
- Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged during transport or for any other reason deemed valid by Glamazone.
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.
- If approved, the customer must return the item via registered post within 02 working days and bear the postage charges.
- Refunds will be processed as store credit or a replacement item.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer islandwide cash-on-delivery service within 2 days.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

- Glamazone is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service on our website or online platforms.
